PhonePe has 2 Nodal accounts with these banks - Yes Bank and ICICI Bank & Transactions made towards PhonePe merchants are credited to one of these nodal accounts. This Nodal Account settles the amount with the actual beneficiaries/merchants account and PhonePe’s Nodal account is not the ultimate beneficiary account.
